Cardiff 'Eurotrash' Wave Event 3-5 November 2006

Cardiff is the first of the events in the 'SWA Wave series' which has been developed this year and is from Fri 3rd to Sun 5th November.

If you are a wavehead then this is the event for you and you can expect to win top kit prizes!!

Beginners and intermediates are also very welcome to attend to both support the advanced dudes from their uni and get involved at the party...

Cardiff have been running events for the last 10 years and they really know how to do it well. There should be a good number of XSWA hitting the party too so see you there.

So sporting your 2007 rocker lines, sail profiles, 1987 handle bar tash and pink Speedos, come early and lay your beach towel on our south Wales sun-loungers. Endorsed by articulate windsurfing ambassadors such as, Jonas Ceballos, Klaas Voget, Cardiff wave event will promise cheap beach satisfaction and a chance to get those lederhosen out of the wardrobe.

Disciplines: Wave/freestyle comp - South Wales location to be decided by the wind and swell. EVERYONE IS WELCOME TO COME ALONG AND CHILL ON THE BEACH AND ATTEND THE PARTY!

Friday night signup: 3rd floor of the Cardiff student union building before 10pm then the union bar. (Directions below)

Saturday night: Eurotrash themed party in the social pub, cathays, cardiff.

Directions:

From the M4 J25 head west, at J29 head left towards Cardiff E&S on the A48. Carry on for about 10 miles towards the city centre, at the junction with the A469/470 branch left towards city centre then at roundabout 2nd exit onto A470 towards centre.  At some lights the road branches and you go left towards signs for the university, this is Column road. Carry straight on over the next crossroads and the cardiff student union (big ugly redbrick buidling) will be on your left, turn right into the carpark opposite it and park by a pretty white building.
