In the ladies series the results from racing, freestyle and wave have been addded up to give the ultimate female sailor for the year. With her 3rd place at the nationals in racing she managed to hold on to first place overall and win a Naish Session sail courtsey of Naish UK.

In the freestyle series once again the standard was very high with some dazzling arrays of trickery produced at many of the events. Going into the final event at Southampton Sam Stevens of Southampton and John Palmer of Bristol were even on points. With no time to run a full contest and very little wind at Calshot Sam won by default due to John not being there to challenge for a head to head showdown.

In the wave series three events were planned, the first organised by Cardiff could have been s good if only the wind and waves had turned up. The next event more than made up for the lack of wind, Exeter's event at Bigbury sorted the men from the boys with winds up to F8 and logo high waves the conditions were a little too extreme for most. Bob Shelmerdine of Southampton narrowly beat Imperial's Alex Pamela to win a RRD hardcore wave donated by RRD/Ezzy. We look forward to continuing our association with RRD/Ezzy into the 2007/8 season and they have pledged a 2008 ezzy wave sail for the overall winner of the wave series!
